an okay experience
super clean facilitiesbasic rooms
the staff were consistently helpful throughout the week. the facilities were super clean. i also liked how lovely it was to use them.
the rooms were very basic. i would say more like a 3 star than 5 star standard. service was not to a 5 star hotel standard! staff seemed not very attentive in the lobby area.

The pools were really big and spacious. the food was abundant. lots of variety with fresh grills and salads were available daily. the super nice team and friendly. We loved ali at the pool bar.
i found the hotel in a great location. the rooms here are very basic, i would say more of a 3 star than 5 star standard. i would probably not go to this hotel again as i have experienced better 5 star hotels.

the room walls had stains, i really didn't liked it. the blankets felt more like what you'd find in a hospital than in a supposed five star hotel. its just not good, i expect more from a hotel like this.

The food variety was great. I really liked having a wide selection every day. I especially appreciated that the staff served the food, preventing any waste. The entertainment team had amazing energy. The cleaning ladies were helpful and cleaned the rooms nicely each day, so I felt grateful. I had a relaxing time next to the pool.
The service around the pool area was slightly inconsistent. Sometimes, getting the staff's attention took a little extra effort.

The staff were very good too. Mustafa from guest relations was especially helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff always ensured our group could sit together during meals! Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very excellent, especially with the additional cleaning protocols in place.
The initial check-in process was slow. There was a noticeable wait before we received our room keys.

the daily buffet was plentiful and fresh! the pizza from the stone oven was a standout. fresh pasta was also available. the waffle house was a good treat during the afternoons! i particularly enjoyed the fresh options and the overall quality.
This sometimes caused minor delays when going to meals.

I found the staff very friendly. They really want you to participate in activities. I also enjoyed my time at the resort. Food and drink options were great. There were plenty of options. It was sparkling clean too.
The main restaurant is big. This makes finding a table during peak hours hard.

The pool features bridges, palm trees, and islands. It is hard to get bored floating around. Daily activities include yoga and archery. Evening entertainment is available in the amphitheater.
